I am running a Google ads campaign, which normally received ~100 impressions and is targeting the German market. My CTR was around 5-10% percent.
In the past 2 days my campaign has been flooded with impressions averaging 1000-2000 impressions a day and my CTR dropped to about 0,3%. I also received more clicks, which were shown for a couple minutes and then they disappeared from the campaign. They were also very cheap with a CPC of 0,01€-0,05€. Normally my CPC is more in the range of 0,8€-0,9€.
The clicks were also from turkey, china and India. Normally they all come from Germany.
Any idea why that happened and what I can do to stop it?
