Getting better exposure online

Hello there fellow BHW members,

So, recently I got this person who owns a biscuit company and they provide chocolate biscuits and the usual ones too. But this guy wants to get exposure from all digital aspects. He even said that he wants to establish his presence in Linkedin and twitter. We already have a facebook page and Instagram profile. But the question is how effective will it be to promote a biscuit brand on Linkedin and twitter ? And how will I even brand it there ?

There is another issue which is regarding the contents of the page. I have tried all kinds of engagement posts. The Target Group is aged from 13-30 so, Is there any trending ways to get more interactive posts or engagement posts ? Any new ones ?

Looking for some Expert advice.

What kind of arrangement do you have with them? I mean you can not offer the best services in all Social Media platforms.

You can open a LinkedIn or Twitter profile, but actually getting ROI from them is a whole another game.

You should be upfront with them about what you can do. Don't offer the Moon to them and at the end give a stone.

Actually, I am only offering Facebook and IG services from content management to everything in these two platforms but they want to get themselves active on LinkedIn and Twitter. I always try to deliver what I promise, more at times but never less.
