you can always use the usual (GSA, RankerX, Scrapbeox, probably even SENuke) if you have your own lists and / or care about the sources, but I don't know how easy that is for you. For some it's easy, for others not so much
Thanks for replying. Don't these backlinks "expire" rather quickly?For tier1 link building it's dead , but you can use bulk backlink creators to get hundred of comment links in a second

You can use @tazarbm response here. Those tools that he listed are still viable for tier 2 and tier 3/4/5/6 link building properties depending on how you want to structure it.

You can still use Rankerx for tier 1
And get good links for tier 1 for gsa.

Getting comments backlinks for your money site is not recommended. But for the tier 1 or 2,3, yeah you can build comment backlinks for them to give them a boost.
