Getting Backlinks on **************** Blogs

I have been trying to post on **************** blogs to get a backlink but the blog owners keep removing my link. Usually, I comment on the post and put my linked keywords at the end of the comment.What is best method for posting comments on a **************** Blog to get a backlink?

for those kind of blogs try to maximize ur comment length discuss something related to the post.. and then leave ur link. i usually do this way..

Build a posting relationship with your blog targets.

I use a shock and awe technique that doesn't violate any rules, however it take them by total surprise if they find out how you did it. By this point, it is way too late though.

The point of this is to use it to build my own pr and authority value to the SE.

Post articles and content on your site, reflecting references and comments on blog posts made by this target blogger, giving a backlink back to his/her site and post from your site.

This will make you charge your content as well. It isn't stealing/scraping or swiping if you give create in a related niche post. The guy is getting a free backlink from you, like he is going to complain.

Go to his blog and post 10-12 quick but sincere and quality comments, making the first one a reference to how you just found the author's post and gave them credit for it with your readers, pumping their ego a bit, then giving your extended perspective on the posted information, method, etc...

They haven't turned one down from me yet. If you want to boost the stability of it even further, send them an email or post in their blog, asking them right there on the spot, giving them the link to your site in the same method.

They won't reject you because it is a free backlink and possibly more traffic to their site, therefore, you both reap the rewards. I personally do this all the time and have NEVER had a rejection from this method.

Just be sincere and post stuff that will benefit both of your sites. Ifyou link back to crap, you are toast.

Correct. This is the solution I have opted for.

For juicy moderated blogs, write a really long comment and try a non commercial anchor text which you can pretend is your name. For example, with abbey city insurance, just have abbey as your anchor. It will still be a good link if the blog is juicy enough.

I also recommend, just finding a name spinner and fake e-mail gen. Then use those all the time. Keywords (insurance/dog training) I think will get spam flagged all too fast. I agree with Micallef's idea of long comments. Those seem to work.

Of course remember not all will stick, that's life. Shotgun 1000 sites, you'll get 100 to stick. Good enough for me :: shrug :: ..

Good advice. Sometimes this is not always possible though depending on your keywords. In these instances just go with a very normal sounding name. This way the comment is much more likely to stick and it will still pass PR but you will just lose the anchor.

I have ran tests and while not exactly scientific, I found nofollow links helped Google determine where to rank a site. One site I had jumped from not ranking in the top 1000 for years to third page with nothing but nofollow anchor links in just a few days. Plus Yahoo and bing still love them nearly as much.

No follow links wont get you ranking high on Google, but if you already have a site with a PR that isnt necessarily ranking for anything I think they have a use. What im saying is you can get PR without using your anchor text and then make up for lack of anchor with lower quality links.

If what you are saying is true, Google is using nofollow links to determine relevance.

Nofollow was invented for the purpose of marking untrustworthy, user generated links as unsuitable for determining relevance for a query.

A lot of people seem to say that nofollow has a use without thinking too much, but it's a pretty big claim. It seems impractical to me that Google, which has a problem with linkspam, would suddenly start paying attention to nofollow links to determine relevance. It makes no sense in the bigger picture.

Agreed! You can more or less automate the finding of auto-approved blogs. I use ScrapeBox to do this for me, I set it up to post comments (for testing purposes) then let it run, I come back a few hours later and there I have a list of auto-approved blogs ready and waiting!

I manually post comments myself to my money sites using these lists.

It's simply a matter of mixing methods mentioned here on BHW along with ScrapeBox. Micallef's posted a number of times about finding a spammers site and then doing a search for all their backlinks. ScrapeBox makes this very easy. Another way is to search for specific footprints.

It still takes time, and I am finding that the percentage of auto-approved blogs ranges between 1% to 10% depending on the cms platform. It's worthwhile though, because once you got these lists - they are re-usable!

This comes in two parts.

First Part
1) I find a spammed site.
2) I copy the URL of a spammers site.
3) In the keywords section of ScrapeBox I put: link:http://www.spammersite.com
4) I use Yahoo to search
5) Scrapebox collects all the backlinks to the spammers site.
6) Save this List

Second Part
1) Use ScrapeBox to start spamming the List I created above. Sometimes this is in the thousands of URLs so it takes quite a while.
2) Once the spamming session has completed, I use the Link Checker to see which comments have stuck.
3) I save a list of all successful comments.
4) Most of these will be auto-approved blogs.

There are also other ways of getting ScrapeBox to search for Auto-Approved blogs which involve using footprints.
