Getting backlinks indexed with BMD

I have justed added Bookmarking Demon to my strategy to get backlinks (articles, profile links etc) indexed. I was hoping someone might be able to offer some advice on what titles and descriptions I should use. Is it ok to just use the default T & D's that BMD pulls up when loading the page. Do I need to spin them?
