Getting Backlinks from Your Competitors

Ok, so now I have a list of backlinks from my competitors.

(I used SEO Spy Glass to get this list of all my competitors backlinks and analyze them).

What tools can I use to automate the process of adding my links to steal their backlinks automatically?

Scrapebox? A forum poster? Im kind of lost, theres 1000 backlinks and I dont wanna have to go through them manually.

Scrapebox, Xrumer, Mass Prestige Poster, etc.
 
So I can really only target blogs and forums autmatically with these lists through xrumer and scrapebox?
 
LOL! Funny stuff.

You need to analyze the type of links. For scrapebox, you must blog analyze and use Scrapebox to post to blog. 1000 links is not going to do anything for you, try 50k+.
More than likely your competitor has more than 1k links, but Yahoo explorer only lets you take 1k.
So really, all this was almost not worth it :/
 
I used SEO Spyglass Pro not yahoo unless Seo Spy glass is using Yahoo???
 
Of course it uses Yahoo...for getting more links you can check each of those sites' pages.
Find someone to outsource the link building.
 
yea, you'd need to analyze the backlinks... its generally not worth the effort. Just pick the top PR ones and make your own backlinks at a much greater volume than what you see (like 10x as many or more) and then work to get those indexed.
 
Make sure you only comment on the ones connected with your niche this will yield the best results.
I just ran a test on viagra online UK (as a result of another post in here) and found the 9th placed site only had 109 links in (PR1) (as shown by Y link explorer).

Every single one of those links was from a pharma or other closely associated site. I now know what erectile dysfunction is :rolleyes:
viagraprescriptions with the UK tld if anyone wants to check it out.

The point here is Viagra is one of the most competitive kw for pharma out there and this chap has ranked first page with what looks like an extraordinary short amount of links. His PR suggests that those links are not from high PR sites in themselves (although this could be awaiting update).
Of course there could be other factors at play including the fact that we are not seeing all the links but it is certain that keeping his linking pattern back in pretty much as damn it the same niche has worked wonders for him.

3 things to remember...

1. Keep as close to your niche as you can.
2. Use Anchor Text (the keywords you want to rank for) to point at your site.
3. Vary your anchor texts. Back to front and different keywords.

anchor text as in the names used on scrapebox? should i be using a html link tag there instead of a generic name?
 
Scrapebox will find the blogs, xrumer the profiles but it all depends on where you got those backlinks becuse the only cometition from who you can steal links are black haters like us. Anybody who does not use SB, xrumer, SenukeX etc uses manual linking from signatures in forums, link exchanges, backlink buying, a type of backlinks it can not be replicated using seo programs.
If you want to steal link take a very spamed blog, harvest all the sites it links to using scrapebox and then harvest this websites backlinks. So you got the other autoaprove blogs people posted. Of course its a lot easier to buy such a list.
