Getting Backlinks from Sites on Abroad

Hi everyone,

I have a website which is hosted on Turkey, my site language is Turkish. My visitors are from Turkey.
If I buy backlink packages here, does that help my site ranking better?
I'm asking this because the posts to be shared will be in English and we will need to insert a few Turkish keywords that I want to rank for. Probably there will never be traffic for that keywords because the languages are different.
So, does that help at all?
If not, what about footer links?
Is it necessary to get traffic from a keyword in order to rank better? Does just linking to that site on some keywords help it rank better?

If you buy backlinks from your relevant niche, then no problem whatever the country is, but try to have English language, not all language.
 
Hey Arkadas,
try to stay at one language as possible(means, English Content - Your targeted keyword in English). Footer links usually count as less qualitative(especially since the last G Update), so if you put a footer link, then with Brand or Naked Anchor and as less as possible.
Of course, this is only my opinion and shouldn't stated as a fact.
 
if you buy backlinks your site and keywords will be rank but when you need visitors you have to go for niche relevant guest post/traffic sites that will drive some visitors for your websites
 
Yes, getting links from articles published in English with your keyword will help you in ranking and it will be very effective if its in your niche. So make sure you are getting the links on relevant blogs. I have worked on a similar project before and got some value for my money spent on getting links from English blogs for a Italian site.
 
as some say, just make sure that the backlinks are linked to your niche.

Definitely you should try reaching some Turkish companies for the same, same niche links are cool, but definitely same niche and same language links for anchors in the specific language for keywords you are targetting would be better!
 
Don't you have multiple languages versions ?
 
If you want your site to survive for long time, then you better get links from similar sites, it also depend on the amount of links you are building from English content too.
 
Yes you still get SERP boost from English content with Turkish keywords
