Hey guys, i have like 40-50 account with beteween 10-20k followers, these account are not active since like 4-5 month ago, does it worth to works on them i mean in term of post reach and Like ratio?,, or once an account is abandoned is really hard to make it active again?

IMO results should vary depending on how the followers were gained and how engaged they used to be when accounts were active. Try posting few highly relevant pictures for about 1-2 weeks to see how it works out.
 
I'm sure that you can resurrect these accounts. Start posting once again and it will be fine in a while.
 
You can just try to post and see the results.
Several days ago I have posted on one of my accounts after 2 years and I got almost the same number of likes as before.

If you wanna save them you must start posting viral content and do a mass-shoutouts campaign promoting each other
 
If these are real followers, then yes you can , i see no problem with that. But 40-50k is really huge
 
Depends on how you grown these accounts, if these numbers were gained via bots/groups. I'm pretty sure they're dead right now.

Even if organically gained, it might take awhile for it to restore normal or might not even restore normal. I'd say starting new would be much better & faster than spending the effort restoring such small account.

IG automation is getting a bit more challenging :)

Thus, one needs to stay updated and ready to move infrastructure

it will more depend on how you grow them before. if it was organically done, it will more easy to reach your follower and audience.
if you go back on botting (supposed you did), don't forget to warm up all again. good luck
