I have tried everything to get back on ebay and paypal. I am wondering if I can use my father's name/SSN to open a paypal account, and to be able to get back on it without getting flagged. I have his permission to do so, since it would be for accepting payments for a business. Would they still limit me and block my account?

If your IP is blacklisted (either by ebay or paypal or both) you can't use any account. If you use a fresh ip, use your father's name under ebay registration and u can confirm using a vcc under your father's name. Then you can link your father's paypal.

Then you can use your father's details on ebay. The only problem you might face is - your father needs to file the tax returns since it is under his name. Other than that there wont be any problem i guess

Change your ip....ccleaner your pc...add a new user account...and go stealth. At some point you will kill dads accounts so it is better to just start new. You can verify your U.S. account if you must with an EIN # and don't need to provide your SSN.
