Getting back on ebay?

I have been out of ebay for a while (sticking to amazon and craigslist), after having 7 accounts banned consecutively. I am wondering, what is the best way to get back onto it? I know that i am going to need a VPN and such to hide my IP, that isn't a problem. I would like to buy as well as sell on ebay, and all my bank accounts are permanently banned from ebay. Plus all my paypals are also banned. Also, moneybookers or paypal? And any suggestions on good VPN deals?

my SSN is most likely also banned, and id like to use something like the Paypal Debit card?

Clearly, and I may be thinking outside of the box here, you'll want to find a hobo and assume his identity for your ssn and banking needs. A fresh start!

its easy to get back on.
staying on is the hard part.
The game has changed. be very flexible. accounts can go down at any time.
ssn will eventually be asked for whether its sooner or later.
You need lots of ebay user accounts if you want to sell a lot.
They now limit how many items new sellers can sell within 30 days.
But in the end its doable.
You need many bank accounts which you can get easily. If you do research you can find banks that do not care and will give you an account. You can also use a savings account. rememeber you just need a bank account number and a routing number which savings account have those too. there are details that you need to know that will keep you safe and under the radar. research is your best friend. now use your head and go make money.
