Getting back on Amazon from a state they move out of?

I live in one of the states amazon no longer allows affiliate sign ups from and was wondering if there are any ways to get back on?

A friend of mine drove to another state and opened a bank account in a bank that was only located in that state. He had relatives that lived there and he used there address. Then set up direct deposit, through amazon affiliates, to that account and you should be fine. You can also just set up a national account using a relatives address, which most banks don't check, and then set up the direct deposit in that account. Hope that helped.

you can get an address from earth class mail. When I had an account with them my address was in portland oregon, if I remember correctly...

pretty neat service, and i think it was only like $80 for the whole year. if amazon ever sent you anything, they open the letter for you and upload the scan. I used it to get another adsense account

The other option would be to use a service like VigLink or SkimLinks, depending on where you are located. They take a 30% cut, but all their commissions are already in the highest tier for Amazon, so you end up making more overall, unless you were already a longtime Amazon affiliate. They are not perfect (I like the Amazon reporting system more), but they are dead easy to use, and they convert links automatically.
