Getting Around Whois Guard?

Someone stole a bunch of articles and cloned my website, I want to call them out on it and get their site taken down or at least my stolen articles removed.

How do I get past a whois guard?

A lot of people steal each others articles and website theres not much you can do.
You could maybe contact the hosting company and ask them to contact the owner of the site, but i doubt it.

And theres no way to get round a Whois Guard.

if you could do that then it wouldn't be a guard.
contact their host, or get a court order.
