Getting around IP rights policy

Called ebay and they claim I must get the owner, Nintendo... A very large company, to contact ebay and basically tell them I have permission to sell these items. Its no one reporting me ebay said its themselves doing it. I have invoices to provide to prove authenticity and theres no way Nintendo will take the time to vouch for me. I need a method to get around this so I can continue selling. Thoughts? Thanks.

Spoof your number as nintendo's corporate number and call eBay with a thick japenese accent.
