Getting Approved with Godaddy and CJ - Help

Just wondering if anyone can help. I can't seem to get approved with Godaddy on CJ. I was a godaddy affiliate when they were with linkshare and I made great money. I wanted to continue to do that with CJ but I can't seem to get approved. Just wondering if there was something I was doing wrong. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
