Getting an instant CC or bank acct #

Are there any sites out there where you can sign up and get approved for an instant credit card number or bank account number?

hunting bank has a pretty decent bank account with overdraft protection as well.
and they approve everyone, it says you need a dollar in it for it to be active, however, I verified my PP right after opening it.
Then sent money to it from PP.
So you really don't need a dime in it.
Got my CC in a few days as well.

I've known people that opened one, just to rape them for a few hundred, by overdrafting the CC.
