Getting alexa reach >.002

It seems like such a small number (which it is) but very hard to attain even with massive promotional efforts. The problem is most sites send so little traffic, even very low alexa ones. I post links on a high traffic yahoo message board and chat room and get far fewer hits than you think I would be getting given the traffic volume of yahoo.

I'm not talking about padding your alexa reach either with backhat, but doing it legit with real human visitors.
