Getting accused for breaking copyrights on youtube

Hi!
I,m downloading videos from youtube, and after inserting my affiliate links and annoations I upload them again. I don,t use my own name and adress, but they can see my IP
I know I,m probably breaking some copyright rules, as I don,t have permision from the owner to upload them.
Does any one know what the risk is by doing so?
I,m not afraid of getting my accounts closed and banned. But I,m really scared if there is a risk of getting judged to pay a fine (or what it,s called) Have you heard of any one getting penalized?

They will just take down your video or place ads on them... No need to shit your pants...

More than likely they will just place ads on the video. I've had 4 videos already that I have a copyright notice on, and ads appear. No big deal

You do NOT want YouTube to take the video down, as that will give you a copyright strike, and three strikes, you're out. If they just plant ads there, you'll be fine, as that is what the copyright holder requested YouTube to do. Most of the big companies are doing this now. It's the "If we can't beat 'em, join 'em" route. They make money off your video, and hence, the ads placement

technically if the copyright owner wanted to, yes they could send a lawyer after you or u could get a cease and desist letter from their lawyers. especially if you were to keep reposting vids that had been taken down and which belonged to the same party.

Only if the uploader was a moron and included his address in his profile. No personal information is needed to create an account and upload videos!!!
