maybe you're doing/saying something wrong in your application. for most people it's fairly easy to get in. it was for me...

There are lots of guides on how to get accepted into a CPA network and, in all honesty, it is not hard to get accepted into many of them.
The fact that you got rejected may mean that you aren't actually ready to make money with CPA (maybe your methods aren't any good). Just do a little research into CPA first and I'm sure your next application will be better!

In your application include that you drive traffic through PPC and PPV. They will accept you.
