Getting accepted into ebay affiliate program

I applied to ebay affiliate program 15 days ago but got rejected, the reason was that "my business model and/or domains do not offer a creative and valuable shopping experience to our customers."
Now that I want to remake my website to get accepted, I'm not sure exactly what I should do. Any tips or examples of websites that promote ebay products are welcome.

My EPN application got approved with my website without contents.Its very new website without products or info of what I'm selling. But got approved after couple of days

My website is new as well. But I'm afraid it was because I was promoting Clickbank in a blackhat way that my application got rejected. I just applied again and I hope I'll get accepted.
Is making money with EPN as easy as it sounds?
