Getting Accepted Into CPA Network (For International Marketers)

Hi,
This is my 1st post. I have been reading a lot about CPA and the one thing that is stopping my progress is getting accepted into the networks. I have read all the stickies in this forum that is regarding this subject and googled a lot of other sites for advice and such but I'm still not sure if the methods would work for most International publishers, especially for Asians. I am admittedly a complete noob and I just want to know if there is any specific guide for us Asians coz most of the answers say calling the account manager is the best way. Thanks for any reply coz I have been searching around for days for the right answer.
P.S. Is a website/blog/domain still necessary to convince if I were to concentrate on adwares?

well first you don't need a website but then you can only use email marketing as you will say that you will promote them only with emails.... and second the most important is the call because they only want to make sure that you are serious about it...

thanks admirnante. but calling them one by one using international rates is gonna cost a few. i suppose then that anything other than email marketing would require a website?

Well, in most cases u dont even need to call them, becaz they will call u. But if u call them, then it makes a better impression.

Use skype to call am's, you'd save a lot

let me pose a direct question then... if i want to generate traffic mainly from adware, i would then definitely need to show a credible website in order to get accepted by the networks?
