Getting A 'Virtual Terminal'

I wonder if any can help...

I urgently need to get a 'virtual terminal' set up so we can process payments for one click upsells and seminar product sales.

Anyone used or have a virtual terminal service.

I am based in Cyprus, but have a UK bank account. I have tried PAYPAL but they turned me down as I am outside UK and they don't offer it.

Paypal's virtual terminal would have been perfect :-(

So if anyone can help with getting it set up that would really help us? Any creative ideas to get round it would be useful,

I am happy to pay to set up company etc if req to get this sorted need a long term solution to this problem.

PayPal also has some useful shopping cart options that are easy to implement. Have you, or can you use them? I don't know if those options would be available to you in your country.

I already have a pro biz account, which is fine.

I just need a way to process credit cards without person being present and not getting the verified by visa set up.

I can pretend using a ip changer on 2checkout that i am a buyer and buy via a normal web link, but then i get pushed to the verified by visa set up.

A virtual terminal would not have this, so thats why i need one.

set up a UK corporation, it'll be easier in the long run to do biz

I'm also need a virtual terminal and I'm from Asia. All of them wants a registered business to set up virtual terminal but I can have a business since I just a student.
