getting a video banned

so my old account was banned a few months ago and i was uploading all the videos from there to my new account. however, one of my videos from my old account has been uploaded by someone else on their account and it has almost 500,000 views. i cant flag them for it since it will have been on his account longer than my new account. it is a perfectly legal video.

so how can i get this video flagged? i would just give him fake views and get his adsense baned, but he doesnt even have it monetized

If you can prove they are your videos just write them, I have had some kind of issues with a client's Twitter account stole, renamed, banned.
I have write them with proof of ownership many times, at the end someone fix everything.
But if they ban your account maybe inside videos there is something that should not be there.

no i had a few thousand videos on that account. i experimented and got caught on a couple that caused me to lose that account. however, the video in question is 100% mine and allowed. however, just writing and claiming its mine when i dont have it up and the other person has for months seems to me like it wont work

That's why you use water marks on your video sometimes even that doesn't work. I've actually had another user reupload one of my videos watermark and all. I sent him a message telling him to remove it or I would report him. He removed it funny thing is I didn't really own the video lol
