I have a few matters to discuss with a admin of the forum. I've contacted them many times but never received a reply from anyone.

How can I get in touch with a BHW admin?

Well I'm not asking them for childish thing! I'm trying to resolve a very important issue!

Anyway I'll try again :(

I'm pretty sure they read them, maybe they don't have time to reply.

What is your "very important issue"? Is it anything that can't be resolved by a mod? 99.9% of the time it can.

I received a infractions a few months ago.
I simply offered free facebook fans and I got the infraction (something which many people are doing every day in the Facebook section of the forum.)

Anyway I cannot create a BST thread with a infraction and I contacted admins regarding it and never heard back.

I've been trying to contribute as much as possible to the forum during these months to deserve "not having" that infraction and hopefully being able to sell in the BST section.

It's unlikely an admin is going to overrule a mod decision on an infraction. If you feel it was unfairly issued then speak to the mod who issued it and see what they say. If you feel a mod is unresponsive then speak to admin, but bear in mind, if you've broken a rule then no-one is going to make an exception.

Most infractions expire after a certain period of time, so if you got the infraction for a fair reason then it's best to just wait until it expires.

You should probably contribute a little more too. No offence, but 52 thanks and 15 rep hardly stands out as someone who has been doing their best to contribute as much as you're saying.

Buddy , if u get in touch with admin. please tell him to add default theme of vbulletin as well. its too hard for me to read content on BHW in this color scheme.

So your username is your domain name. As well as your location. And you got an infraction for trying to sell your services under the radar, and you are trying to get the infraction lifted so you can start a BST?

Sounds like all you are concerned about is peddling your services rather than contributing to the forums.

You don't have an infraction, you have a warning. Warnings are a step before infractions, where applicable. A warning doesn't prevent you from being approved, if your service were to pass review.

@meathead1234 I understand but it seems that I only got a warning as BleemZ said. I also thought that the infraction would expire after a certain amount of time but on the infraction part of my profile it says "Expiration: Never".
This is why I wanted to contact an admin, not to overrule the previous mod decision but to get another chance. Seems I've been worrying for nothing :)

@Cnotey I've been following the guidelines and yes I would love to be able to do both things! Is there anything wrong with that?

@BleemZ hanks for clearing that out mate :)
