Getting a New adsense account

I lost my account because I told a few friends to click on some links. Stupid I know. Anyways I'm sure many account have been banned from competitors click etc.

I was going to setup a new account in my wife's name. What does google look at?

Obviously the name and ip.

My question is can you use the same site? Do they ban the domain name.

They don't care about the name that much. The main point is the address. Do not give the same address.

I don't think they banned the domain. When they ban the domain, they don't terminate the account.
 
There are other networks besides Google ad-sense. I would try signing up with a different network all together. Google ad-sense is not the end all be all of site monetization.
 
Try chitika.com, easy to get approval, maybe not quite as good as adsense. I'm using it now after having my adsense account banned for fraudulent clicks apparently. I'm really having trouble getting a new account
