Getting a Legit Account Unbanned?

I was an Adwords advertiser for over 10 years when awhile back they banned my account for a URL of an affiliate site in my account that was from like 2004. Obviously I can't make changes to that URL. I went back and forth with their idiot support repeatedly but they eventually just quit talking to me. I was really polite through it all.

So, my current site was not the problem according to them but an old affiliate site. Any suggestions on how to get this account re-opened or get them to allow me to open another account?

Never did anything shady on this or any other account (vouchers, VCC or anything like that).

It's extremely unlikely to get your account back. You can try to get a new account, but that is risky and difficult. You need a different footprint, like the name, address, phone, IP, computer, browser, google account, etc, preferably under a business name. Sorry about the bad news, but if you search the forum you'll find many threads on this subject, it's very easy to get banned.

Just call them and explain them... they will Re active your account...Did you have to pay any of the last campaign amount ?? Did you open a dispute???

We don't owe them any money. Dispute? I've been back and forth with their support many times.

I don't know of anyone personally that got their account back just by calling them up.

Ya, I figure that's my only option. I just want to exhaust all other avenues before doing that.
