Getting a health site approved by AdSense

I heard that AdSense is being a lot tough on approving health-related websites. They are using guidelines called E.A.T.S. to evaluate health sites for authority.

Has anyone gotten a health blog approved lately? I applied but they aren't reviewing sites right now because of corona.

I'm afraid I'll never get my site into AdSense.
