As I continue working on my Rank & Rent business, I've gotten stuck at the part where I get the actual GMB ranked... Now my content on the website is fantastic, but I can't seem to get reviews to stick and am unsure what else there is to push the needle?

I purchased citations, I have excellent content on the website all interlinking (the SERP rankings are actually fantastic), GMB is verified, and so forth.

But local falcon still shows every major keyword as nonexistent on the map pack and GMB local insights have barely any traffic. (with no leads as of yet)

What're some recommendations on learning everything to getting the GMB to actually rank on maps.

Hey Rey (this is from a couple other people I posted too regarding this)

Local Falcon is a GEO Grid mapping tool that requires a keyword that shows up with a map pack to work. Doing research on your keywords is as simple as taking the category of your GMB profile (and competitors) and putting them into Google Keyword Planner. If you don't have access, just set up an Adwords account free on your GMail, and then use the planner there. The key is to focus on each location or city where the business is located. Eliminate brands and other bad searches from the menu on the right and then download to Google sheets. sort and you have yourself a great list of keywords. Take the highest search and try them by searching yourself and see if a map pack appears. If it does, your good to go on that one. Notice the geo-based keywords used in organic rankings is not such a good choice for local. Canonical rankings require a geo modifier or you competing with everyone in the US. Instead, people search locally on their smartphones which means your main keywords are terms like dentist or dentist near me, not dentist Dallas. Bright Local has a Free local SERP tool you can use for free for 10 searches a day.

Local falcon uses a radius to determine a trade area by GPS. This is how Google defines proximity when people search for a business or service locally.

After that, analyze your competition and think about reverse engineering whoever is getting the most play in the actual trade area for the business. If they have 90 directories, you have 95 or more. If they have 50 reviews, try to get up to 55, and so on. Here is the basic formula to dominating competitors locally.

1. Optimize the GMB
2. Post regularly
3. Add pictures
4. Add necessary Main Directories and also for your Niche
5. Run CTR every month from 4G mobile proxies only. (do not use desktop bot software or services that use residential proxies)
6. Provide monthly reports from Insights to your client on growth - Calls, Directions, Website Clicks, keywords, and past year/month comparisons.

1-4 can be set up the first month. The CTR will give you more searches and maps each month as Google sees activity and rewards you for it!. You will also keep your clients forever as long as you do it every month.

The most critical part of this is ongoing CTR manipulation. Important you only use 4G proxies that simulate different devices from major cities close to your location. But this must be done monthly to show constant growth. Google will reward you when they see activity in that actual trade area near the business for your keywords. This is how their patent defines search parameters in the first place. The service we use I have posted already, but they just started offering services on Legiit. Make sure you find the right ads on Legiit as there are some CTR services that use residential proxies from one location not anywhere near your business and these are not recommended because they don't look natural go Google. The service we use now available there can be found by searching for -b Dominate Map Pack Rankings With 4G CTR Manipulation. By the way, they also have their own GEOgrid mapping system that is better for local than Falcon or Local Falcon because they include polygon maps as well. You get up to 10 keywords and maps with each campaign. Hope this helps.
