On one of my clients brand, someone have an old facebook page.
So let's say the brandname is masterbiker.com and the facebook page is called "masterbiker" but it's for a non-existant company
How can I help them get that facebook page removed? It's dead and not active at all and havent been for years

I don’t think there’s any real way to do that. Unless you hire someone to trick and report that page, or use some kind of black magic to get it taken down from Facebook. The only suggestion I can think of is to name your Facebook page Masterbiker Official.

No, facebook won't remove the page unless you have a registered trademark.

You can report it directly to Facebook through the ‘Report Page’ option, citing trademark infringement or impersonation. Providing proof of brand ownership (like official documents or website links) usually helps speed up the review process.

You can report the page to Facebook (select reason: fake/non-existent brand) or request removal via Facebook Business Help by providing documentation proving ownership of the masterbiker.com brand.

you can rent blue ticks from meta and report but that is very expensive on the other hand i think if the old fanpage is not active you just need to change the logo, your customers will still be loyal if you are active regularly

The best way is to report the page directly to Facebook and choose impersonation or fake business as the reason. If you can show proof of ownership (like brand documents or your official site), that usually speeds things up.

The fastest way is to find the channel owner and negotiate with them about transferring the page to you, or ask them to change the name, delete the page, etc.
If they do not agree with the conditions you set, you can use multiple accounts to report their page. This method will not necessarily be highly effective.
For the highest efficiency and legality, you need to register a trademark for your brand. This way, other pages and accounts with names that are similar or easily confused with your brand will be deleted.
Wishing you soon get what you want!

Please report the page via the “Report impersonation/non-existent business” section on the page and submit a trademark infringement complaint via the Meta form; if you have trademark documents, the possibility of removal will be higher.

If no documents → Go to the page → select Report Page → Fake business / Non-existent company. Mobilize many people to report together to increase efficiency.

A couple ways. First, you would need to contact that page directly . If they dont respond, then you contact meta and show them screenshots that you attempted to contact them, and no response. They may consider changing that page.

You can submit a report to Facebook using the “Report Page” feature for trademark violation or impersonation, and including proof of brand ownership (such as official documents or your website) often helps speed up the review.

Please report the page via the “Get support or report” section, or if you have a trademark, submit a request to Meta's Intellectual Property Center to request page removal.

If the page is inactive and the brand name belongs to your client, the best approach is to go through Facebook’s intellectual property channels. You can submit a trademark or copyright report if your client owns rights to the name. Another option is to report the page for impersonation or misrepresentation if it looks like it could confuse people into thinking it’s the official brand. Sometimes, if you’re managing your client’s verified brand presence, Facebook will let you request ownership of the old page and merge it with the new one. If there are no trademarks and it’s just the same name by coincidence, your options are more limited, but you can still try reporting it for being inactive or misleading and hope Facebook takes it down
