    Hi,

I'm getting a dedicated server to host my seo tools and was wondering what windows version to install?

I want to host seo powersuite , Twitt adder , Micro Niche Finder and perhaps scrapebox etc.

The options on signup are windows server 2008 standard 64bit or Web 64bit , they also offer windows server 2003 as well.

What do the folks here recommend?

    Thanks

    V

I have one of the dedi with windows 7 in it, it works like a charm for the SEO tools.
You can go for windows server 2008 standard 64bit.

Windows 2008 server edition is good but I don't know why it seems it can't handle too many tasks at once.. :p

Windows 2008 R2, thats what most of our clients use. Never heard of windows 7 on server and ofcourse its not legal by microsoft's SPLA standpoint. Would'nt even touch that provider with a 100 foot pole.
