Getting a app created... A simple app how much should I expect to spend?

I dont have too much of a budget, lets say maximum of $200.. Do you think it is possible? Can i get a decent app created?

What kind of features would you need? It really depends on what you mean by simple and decent.

Most likely not. I had a VERY simple app created for Apple and Android that cost $3,200. It Takes much longer than expected and will be very buggy. Creating great apps is very complicated and intensive. Save more money my friend

With this budged you could try app reskinning. Try to learn xcode and then reskin a app you buy.
