Getting $50+ CPM using Youtube Ads

Hey, is it normal for a Youtube ads to CA+US for sale objective on a completely broad targeting to get $50+ CPM the very first day? I assume it is not normal, anybody with experience with YouTube ads can please advice what is wrong? Thanks

Yes , it is normal. Maybe it will spike and then go low but if you keep creating the same niche videos then you may see even more.
