gettign a site banned

here guys.
i think its good to know this what can we do to get a site or our competitors site banned from google

even for 3-4 months.....this would be a help.....
I need this for one of my education forum..
and i have only one competitor...
if for three months this site isnt available on google search then it will be a big boost for me,

so please help me in this NOBLE cause ( I dont earn from this site and no plan to earn from this site)

its related to eduction....admissions....so its used only for 3 months only....when admission process is about to start...
