go into internet explorer settins, internet options, advanced, uncheck show images. Ie will stop loading images making things easier on bandwidth and page load up speed.

yes free proxies will work. I just downloaded it and am going to try it out. I am currently using dustmites metube bot and it also has a working comment rater. you just need to remember that one free proxy, per account and everything should work fine. reply back here if you need anymore help or need to know a good site that has free proxies.

I should also mention that you tube will detect this if you use it without a proper delay. I put mine to 5 minutes on a none popular video and it worked, you tube did not remove it. It's still the top comment and it's been over two weeks. You should also be posting something that is relevant to the video, no random comments like p e n i s! or ppl will flag the comment and you tube will take it down

Whats the problem? is it because i didnt give it a delay? or is it the proxies im using?

It's all about the delay my friend. You can use free proxies and still get your comment to the most ratted. It's just going to take a longer time, because the proxies might be dead when the bot get's to them. I've also learned that now if you flag the top ratted comment as spam, it will get REMOVED! Comment ratting is all in the past my dude, it's all about those channel comments now!

Seriously though. I flagged a top ratted comment with five or six accounts and the comment was removed Yes I've changed my ip via vpns and my comment is still at the top, those comments I flagged were also gone and you tube did not bring them back. Make sure you are using Internet explorer when you are checking your comments ratting, for some wierd reason firefox nor chrome were updating:06: that might just be my browser settings,
