Get your Youtube video in Google Top 3 search

Hello guys,

I have a question.
When I search google, a few times I come a cross some videos that just popuped at the 1'st or 2nd or 3th place at a specific niche.

What I want to do is rank in the Top 3 for music videos.
For example: Cascada - Evacuate the dancefloor

I want my video in that Top 3 in google search, is there a way to get so much traffic and/or backlinks to beat the already videos who have more then 200k views??

P.s. if that isn't possible, is there a way to drive more traffic to my video to increase my video count?

1- Post the video very early

2- select alot of effective tags

3- make a linkwheel

Post your video and then social bookmark it. Then submit it to webs directories. Also make a few blogger and wordpress blogs and embed your video in them and also social book mark those blogs and submit their rss feeds to a few rss directories. You will soon dominate.
