Are you serious?? It's a PR 0 bookmarking site! There are many high PR bookmarking sites out there.

their PR is too low

identi.ca works well to get indexed

indexing websites is very easy everybody can do it just ping your website and will index fast but indexing sites not important at all will not give ur site nothing

you need to rank your website and that the hard job

Indexing websites might not be an issue but indexing parasites is an issue
