I was wondering this myself. It seems like an easy easy way to get banned though. Im thinking of opening another youlikehits account so i can alternate them between viewing youtube videos and google +1s. +rep added btw (to OP)

I just tried that..account still live and the both of them were building around 10 points per second roughly..
