Get views to XXX image site? How?

Hello, I need views to an XXX image site that will pay $.005 per view for US/UK and up to $.001 for others. Basucally for it to credit they have to go to the site and click the upsidedown image to view the main image. I want to know if there's some site to pay people to do it (Like microworkers and pay them $.002 for each one?) or something.
