[get] vbulletin profile browser

I've added some other features and they're pretty nice.

ADDED:

Expanded on "Custom Mode" a bit. Instead of just "Fast/Slow" (which is, .1s and fully load every page), I've made it also allow for custom intervals. So you can set the interval to 4-5 seconds and it will wait 4-5 seconds between loading homepage links.

Link load option. Now you can set the number of homepage links to load. So if you come across a forum with hundreds of homepage links, it doesn't take as long to process... Plus this, mixed with a custom slow posting speed will make your profile appear more natural.

NOTE: Using "Load All Links" and "Fast Mode" can cause account bans for spam. I've had several of the XRumerTest accounts banned for spam on these settings. A Load Custom number plus custom browsing interval will work wonders.

And... Still working on looping the entire thing. For now, it will load all XRumer links and stop at the end. I want it to restart, so I can set Custom browsing intervals, Custom Load and go to bed for once.

If you are going to use the bot, do not use the download in the original post. Use the latest link that I have provided.



INSTRUCTIONS
Download the bot, either using the link below or the latest link that I've posted.

1.) Either load your XRumer "Registered Accounts.txt" file or set up your links list in the following format EXACTLY.
(note the space between the domain and username and between the username and password. Also, if there is no filename, you must have a trailing slash at the end of the domain.)

2.) Set up and load your proxy text file in 127.0.0.1:1234 format, one proxy per line. REMOVE BLANK LINES IN ALL OF YOUR LISTS!

3.) Set your parameters. If you want to blast through all links as fast as possible, select "Fast/Custom Mode" and "Load All Links". This will load all links at 0.1 second intervals. You can set it to 0, but you may miss some links and/or hit errors. Also, setting too many pages to load too quickly can get your forum accounts banned, I would set it to "Load All Links" and "Fast/Custom Mode" to 4-5 second intervals to avoid problems, then just leave it alone.

4.) Click start.

What Everything Is:
Username: {this field is loaded from the links text file after the "U:" string.}
Password: {this field is loaded from the links text file after the "P:" string.}
Load Profiles: {this will set your links text file as the list of forums to browse.}
Load Proxies: {this will set your proxy text file as the list of proxies to use.}

Total Profiles: {the total number of items in your links text file.}
Current Profile: {the current item processing from your links text file.}
Total Proxies: {the total number of items in your proxies text file.}
Proxy: {the current proxy being used.}

Total Links: {the number of links scraped from the homepage of the "Current Profile"}
Current Link: {the current link from "Total Links" being loaded by the bot.}

Load All Links|Load Custom: {either load all items from "Total Links" or specified amount.}
----> Custom amount can be set with the text field to the right in numerical form. This can be adjusted during operation.
Slow Mode|Fast/Custom: {either load "Current Link" to full page load (Slow), Fast (0.1s) or custom interval in seconds. This can be adjusted during operation.}
----> Custom: {interval can be set with the text field below in numerical form. 1=1 second.}

The Process:
1.) Set user agent (Google Chrome), Clear Cookies, Set Proxy (next item in Proxy Text file.)
2.) Load next URL from Link Text File.
3.) Extract usernameassword from Link Text File. Login
----> If fail, try again on "login.php" page.
4.) Return to forum root.
5.) Scrape page for links containing terms: "member," "profile," "blog" and "search."
6.) Browse to specified number of link URLs at specified interval.
7.) Step 1.

Looping the Link Text File. I'm always working on this trying to get it to do the goddamn thing. Short story, I didn't fully understand uBot when I started this bot and dug myself into a deep pile. Looping will be digging out. It will happen as efficiency is gradually improved.

Timing Notes!! Now, I'm serious. Running this thing at full speed is not stable. You will run into errors with your list, not to mention, forum accounts will get banned. Why does this happen? Well, it crashes because basically it's looking on the homepage for a certain type of link, a vBulletin link. It then visits this link... Now, if you introduce A.) a bunch of non-vB links or B.) a bunch of links from a vB site that the moderator has modified to prevent this type of behavior... It's going to load ALL of these links. Of course, if it's looking for a bunch of apples and finds a bunch of oranges and is told to use the oranges as apples, problems occur. So it's best to try to be as certain as possible that your links are vBulletin and that the browsing speed is reasonable.

I'm having some trouble with the logging in part, and I think I see what's going on. Maybe I don't understand the file format completely. It's trying to log into one profile link with the username and password from the next entry in the text file. It also seemed to skip doing the links for the first profile, even though it logged in successfully.

That got me looking at a couple of things, which got me looking at a couple of other things.. Well..

I did a huge update..

ADDED:
I focused mainly on increasing successful interaction with vBulletin forums. If the bot does not find the vBulletin username field, it will not attempt to login and mark it down as a failure. So it will not waste its time anymore on non-vB forums.

Success tracking. 3 little counters (Total, Success, Failed) keep track of the number of forums in your list where the bot was able to attempt a login. Also tracks failures.

LOOPING. Finally, once the bot gets to the final URL, it will start over.

FIXED:

I fixed nearly everything, I believe. The bot was loading incorrect login details, so I restructured the entire logic of the bot's processes, streamlined everything.. Which in turn sped it up a lot.

Improved the login function, if the bot fails to login on the homepage, it will attempt again on the "login failed" page (if available) and finally, return the to homepage and try again.

That's pretty much it for now, though. Like I said, I cleaned *everything* up. (Took me hours and hours and hours and hours) and I believe it's all smoothed out.

A few things I'm looking into adding:
-- It's still having issues on certain pages, but I believe it's the handling of the ampersand symbol in URLs. NP.
-- A running timer
-- Live list updating for proxies and profiles (set it & forget it for Xrumer users)
-- Delete failed login profiles from the text file. (so when it loops back around, it skips it non-vB forums.)
-- Bad proxy handling.
-- Delete bad proxy from text file.

Well, I caught a couple of bugs that I missed from last night. Works flawlessly for me now through any list. I streamlined the flow of the entire bot and went over every function to ensure it works properly.

Here is your stable version:

ADDED:

Option to delete failed login attempts from the source file. This can do 2 things:

1.) Save successful login attempts to a separate file.
2.) Remove failed login attempts from the source file itself (the Load Profiles file). Since it loops through this list infinitely, the next time it comes through, it will not process links that it's failed on before.

I also made it so that once it's gone through the list once, it loads the list again, then loads the successful list at the end and removes duplicates. So if either your XRumer has added new links to the source file, they'll be processed when the bot comes back through. Or, if you change the source file location WHILE the bot is processing, the new links will be combined with the successful list. Easier done than said.

Just wanted to ask: Is there an auto-update function in the program?

Not sure if this is what you meant, but that just links to the img of the program, not the file itself lol. Anyway I downloaded the one above this post and this thing is working like a charm. I have it running on a 20k list right now to test it out.

Sorry about the incorrect link, the icon for the screenshot looks just like the icon for the bot, I didn't even notice. I fixed the link.. But there's one more thing with that I need to work out, it has trouble with blank lines, I need to take care of that.

It will successfully loop through a list, just don't set it to delete failures yet. It puts a blank line in the file and since it deletes duplicates, it just keeps adding blank lines to the end. It treats these as failures as well. So that's a problem. It's very close to completed, though. Once I work it out, though; it will remove failed profiles from the list, leaving you with only a file of forums the bot knows how to login to and navigate plus save your position in case you stop... Plus, allow you to add links to the XRumer file while it's running. So you can set up your XRumer schedule to consistently add links to the file, leave the bot running and it will continue running through the new links as long as it's open.

Ha, no auto update, sorry. But I will be finished with it very soon. 1-2 more small things to work out and maybe a couple more little features (I want a random browsing interval, as well as possibly more tabs, so that I can process multiple XRumer files at once), it'd be nice if I can set it up to run from the system tray as well. I run it on a server, so if I could just open it up and leave it out of sight, that would be awesome. It's also skipping over some vBulletin forums with the navbar login too, I'll fix that.

But if you don't select delete fails, it's 100% stable and will browse through a XRumer "Registered Accounts.txt" file infinitely.

On the latest version, I'm seeing it try URLs that are like two URLs concatenated together. I was about to try and give an example of what I'm talking about, but it won't let me post it.

It will do that, I'll explain the process...

When it gets to the homepage of the forum, it scrapes all links that contain the term "member," "profile," "search" or "blog" in the URL. Now, the problem with this is, many places use relative URLs (instead of "site.com/member.php?u=1234," some places just use "member.php?u=1234" as their link.)

Now, when the bot tries to visit a relative URL, it will simply visit "http:///member.php?u=1234" obviously because this is the only text contained in the link's URL (<a href="member.php?1234">).

So what the bot does, is once it logs in, when it's on the "thanks for logging in" page, it grabs the URL and strips everything behind the final trailing slash. So it takes http://www.site.com/forum-folder/login.php?login=do and trims it to http://www.site.com/forum-folder/.

Then it takes all of the member/search/blog/profile URLs and strips everything BEFORE the final trailing slash, making it simply "member.php?u=1234"... When it starts browsing profiles, it puts these two together to create a full URL.

However, like I said, it picks up ALL links with those terms in them, and some may be links to other sites, parts of the site that are not profiles/blogs, or any other situation. It cannot trim these down to a profile, so when it puts them together, it gets something like http://www.site.com/forum-folder/www.someothersite.com/with/member-in-the-url.

But as I said before, if you put it in slow posting mode and watch the URLs it visits, some will be wrong and you should ignore 99% of 404 errors. Also, if the site uses any crazy forwarding AFTER you've logged in, say when you get to the homepage of the forum, it redirects you somewhere else, this will confuse the bot also because it doesn't wait to be forwarded.

Most cases, though, it works just fine...

On that note, here are the latest changes:

FIXED:

It will now cycle through the list and when it comes back to the beginning, it will not load sites that it failed to login to previously. If you set it to "Delete Failed Links" and set a save file, it will save the list with ONLY successful links (each time it fails, it will remove the link and re-save the file).

I'm still working on getting it to read from and save-to a single file, which it will do. But when it loads the original file again, it loads the full list, including failed links. It's not opening the file fresh and reading it, it's loading from memory. Once I get it to do that, it will be able to load a single file, remove failed links, then load any NEW links that may be in that file since it originally loaded it. So it could endlessly cycle through a XRumer list, loading new links and removing failures in real time.

If you are using XRumer and you load profile names via text file!!

Please do not use this format: #file_links[C:\XRumer\ProjectFill\male_names.txt,1,L]200#random[0..9]
You'll need to use this format: #file_links[C:\XRumer\ProjectFill\male_names.txt,1,N]200#random[0..9]
(replace the ,1,L with ,1,N)

Or else XRumer will throw a space at the end of the username which in some instances results in a break line between the username and password in your Registered Accounts.txt file and the bot will fail on these links!!

Change it *after* you click start.

Specifically for XRumer users:

Here is another bot. I found that cycling through the "Registered Accounts.txt" file took way too long and went against how I've always used XRumer. So here's what this bot does...

After you've run your XRumer blast, open your created Profiles text file (Profiles on the Report tab, or logs/project_name/Profiles id#.txt). Copy the links into the Scrapebox Link Checker, or something similar and it will export the 'found' entries (pages that actually provide a live back link.)

THEN, show this bot your Found text file that the link checker exported. Also show it your "Registered Accounts.txt file. It will search the Registered Accounts file (which contains your username/password) and export only the places where your link is active.

THEN, you can run vBrowser through that file.. Reducing the number of sites it has to browse through.

(And what I really use this bot for is pulling only the links above a specific PR from my Registered Accounts.txt. So the bot is not wasting a bunch of time cycling through mostly dead forums or PR0/NA forums.)

I'm trying the latest version... I seem to be having some trouble logging in. It shows the page, fills in the username and password fields correctly, then the next screen shows it back to not logged in. I'm guessing I need to increase some timeout value. Any ideas of what I can do?

Does it say logged in successfully or invalid login info?

It may miss some login fields, but it will usually hit them. Also, if it fails to login to the first page, it will try to login again.

However, if it fails to login for some reason, you can do it manually. Doing it manually may answer your question also, as it will tell you if there's a mod hold on your account or anything.

Actually, neither one. The profile it was on has a little button that says Go to log in. Is it not finding that? I paused it and logged in manually. It logged in OK, but it had one of those "the admin wants you to read a thread before browsing" kind of message, which seems to be fairly new on that site.
