2) How should i login on each account? Is it neccessary a private proxy for each?

Actually i know this method couple month ago.
But lately google banned my adwords quickly with this method.

Anyway, dont trust me. Try it for your self.

Too many conditions for Google to ban a violated user, not just about payment verifying.
I was banned, I think the reason is the competitition my keyword is very high !
 
Can I get a Pm about to please... I just got my pva's and I have vouchers and campaign info ready to go... Thanks in advance.
 
I was banned today, a new account must get VCC for your ad to run, if you don't have VCC, you can still redeem the coupon but the ad will be under review and you will be banned soon enough :)
 
Just fyi, this method doesnt work for me anymore. Google will approve your ads and everything, and they didn't even ban my accounts, but they won't run the campaign without a funding source.
