General Conditions
1. You must be at least 18 years of age, or your parents or guardians will be considered the accountholder.
Invoicing and Payment
1. Services are billed monthly, in advance, on the credit card you provide.
2. All services require an active, valid credit card.
3. All service credits, including prorated credits for downgrading, will apply to your account balance, but may not be refunded.
4. Any chargebacks to your credit card may result in immediate termination of your account.
Excess Bandwidth Charges
1. Bandwidth in excess of the total amount included in your all of your plans (bandwidth is pooled) will be charged at $0.50 per gigabyte.
60 Day Money Back Guarantee
1. New customers active for fewer than 60 days may have a full refund to the credit card used for payment, less any charges for excess bandwidth.
2. Refunds are not guaranteed for accounts found to be in violation of these Terms of Service, including for reasons in the Acceptable Use section. So don't spam.
Cancellation
1. Accounts may be cancelled at any time. Prorated credit for any remaining service will be applied to the account, but not refunded, except under the terms of the 60 day money back guarantee.
2. You may only cancel your account via the ChunkHost website. Email or phone requests to cancel your account are not considered cancellation.
3. ChunkHost reserves the right to refuse service to any one at any time for any reason.
Limitation of Liability
1. The service is offered as-is, and without any warranty of any kind. Service may be interrupted at any time, and you agree ChunkHost is not liable for any damages, loss, injury, claims, or reasonable attorney's fees under any circumstances.
2. ChunkHost is not responsible for any content or material supplied by you, the customer, that infringes on the proprietary rights of a third party.
Acceptable Use
1. You agree to only use the service for lawful purposes.
2. You agree to not use the service to house copyrighted information to which you do not hold the copyright or appropriate license.
3. You agree not to use the service to send unsolicted bulk e-mail, or to use unsolicited bulk email to advertise for material housed on the service. Complaints regarding spam sent from our servers or advertising material on our servers will be taken very seriously.
4. Any activity that negatively impacts the stability or security of our network is in violation of Acceptable Use and will be immediately stopped. You are responsible for the traffic generated by your chunks.
5. Accounts that violate these Acceptable Use provisions may be immediately cancelled without a refund.
