OP could have made use of the private message for the same purpose.

For example, send PM to the bot id with the Page & post ID, the bot would deliver the plus ones & reply and then delete both the request message and sent message to prevent the inbox from going full.

Its just leaving a Giant footprint to all your google plus one accounts, and could cause serious implications ppl
No disrespect to the Bot Developer , its ingenious but could have kept it discrete
all google plus ones are crawled here and google is no stupid to not identify this BH technique
