every domains comes with:

No. I meant that you register on this site for $3.2, then transfer to namesilo when you near the 1 year
 
Lol guys , @CRT is right, thats how game is played. Namesilo has flat rates , others have cheap 1st year , you take the best of both worlds. Every IMer that started with very low funds know these basic tricks.
 
I have bunch of domains with them, but I can't find a free way to transfer the domains out
