it could, but it would take a lot more work. you're better off targeting a bunch of lower competition keywords.

sweet easy and nice method, if you combine this with the long tail googletre*nd keywords, you'll bring in a nice load of traffic

Time is money. While spending the time to do it yourself doesn't cost you any MONEY upfront, it costs you money in terms of time spent. Is it REALLY worth designing a website yourself when you can pay someone to do it for you faster as well as better, allowing you to quickly start capitalizing?

Make money work for you. Don't work for money.
