Get Top Comment

Hi guys i have a problem if i like my comments through different accounts the likes get counted and stick but my comments dont appear as top comment.
Its like my comment has 20 likes and the top comment has 9 likes . (my comment is the latest comment and i am viewing the comment through a vps.)Please help!

Easy, use your 20 accounts to thumbs down the most like comment... "FACEPALM"
