Yes link works. Is proxyharvester really working? Any reviews of who used it? Having a hard time getting public proxies from SB.

ProxyHarvester works fine.
I'm the developer of ProxyHarvester (:)). I build this small tool because, like you, I had hard time to get good proxies via ScrapeBox.
Sources from ProxyHarvester are fresh and good. I'm always looking for good sources.
The list I shared above is just out of ProxyHarvester.

To check proxies I use ScrapeBoard.
But I know there are a free tool named Charon 0.6 with which you can test proxies and sort them.
But I've never tried.
I think there must be some threads about on BHW.
