Get tons of backlinks from forums

As you know, it can be really hard to get backlinks from forums because moderators detect if a new account is posting a lot of links in his posts. So here is my method to get tons of backlinks from big forums, in big topics.

1) Create accounts
2) Post on the forum(s), reply to people but don't put any links anywhere. Just post simple reactions, you don't have to make 500+ words posts, 10 words are enough most of the time.
3) Wait ... 2 weeks for example
4) Edit all your account's signatures with links and/or insert links in your posts if you can edit them.

This is really simple and works great

PS : Maybe someone already shared this method but I've never heard of so ... =)

I think probably, most of time, xrumer post is not related with the forum, and the message has high possibility to be deleted.

I do alot of the manual forum posting for my niche. It's an easy way to get backlinks that stick.

Yeah I don't suggest auto posting on forums. It seems like everybody acts like a moderator that's engaged and involved with the conversation of a thread and they're going to be able to fish out the bad post if your post looks automated.

Yeah, that would work - but it's not really black hat. If Xrumer or Scrapeboard included that feature as an option, that would be awesome...

A lot of forums have an option to post your homepage, under 'edit profile', but that doesn't let you use any anchor text.

Another thing I've been able to do on forums is create a signature using anchor text, and the signature appears right on your profile page, under 'about me', etc. So in that scenario you are not even forced to post in the forums.

And last but not least, on some forums, if you view your profile, it is possible for guests to leave messages. I use this to my advantage by posting my anchor text with link.

I always try to stay away from posting on the forum, that's the easiest way to get caught 'spamming.'

1. Make several accounts using proxies.
2. Post with each 2-3 times in existing threads.
3. With one, post a question somewhat related to your niche (in offtopic section).
4. With the others reply inserting an answer link. With each account you link to a different site of yours.
5. Build some links to the thread. If this is a high PR / domain trust forum, you get nice link juice. It acts slightly on the principle of a gateway page on parasite hosting.

Another option is to do this focusing on forums related to your niche.

Why not have an auto-niche poster and add the link to your siggy then just post about the niche and the link will auto be there.... Just sayin

While the OP's post is not ground breaking news, it's certainly not trivial. For high pr blogs that are in your niche, it's a slow but steady way to get quality backlinks.

In blacksmithing you don't always use the heaviest hammer, sometimes you use something lighter for precision work. Xrumer is the 20 lb sledge, the OP's method is a 2 lb cross peen.

I like that blacksmithing analogy. If ALL of your forum links are straight up spam, it's not hard for search engines to realize that. I have no evidence to back this up, but I believe in doing a good amount of white-hat SEO work first, get established with no red flags at all. Once you've been doing that for awhile, then start with the more gray hat SEO stuff. Just my opinion, and what has worked for me.

When I create a new site, and come out of the gate screaming with black-hat stuff the results really haven't been as good.
