Get thrown in jail?

What if you have multiple [fake] accounts connected with multiple fake paypals created with fake info. Identity theft? Money Laundering? Wire Fraud? The list is endless, read through the DP documents [they should be available on the forum] about what they're accusing the owner of DP and others involved of doing. Of course if you're smart and you cover your tracks through the snow you'll be fine but for the newbie who wants to scale, make sure and read up & understand everything.

Some people on here just aint too smart in my opinion. When there is talk of something being totally illegal and you being subject to these nasty charges like ID theft, money laundering, wire fraud and computer crimes.. Id say anyone with a peanut for a brain will
walk away. Course there's sociopaths.. that delight in being crooked. That's why in prisons 40% of the population there are sociopaths.

BlackHat to my knowledge is not about promoting something obviously illegal and possibly going to jail or making yourself totally open to a law suit. You know how easy cookie stuffing is to trace? They can finger you with a couple of keystrokes.

But there's dumb asses all over the place that just don't get it.

I doubt it is going to be successful, but ebay is trying to get Shawn Hogan and digital point solutions charged under RICO.

I don't think you have anything to worry about. They aren't organized yet. At best it's a bunch of victims trying to teamup like the idiots over at WF when they were going to come after us. It won't happen. Keep it small time and you'll never had a problem.

Black hawk, you have no business giving opions like this I've already seen you get banned from other sites for giving out legal advice. If you take too much money from anyone they are subject to finding you and taking all of yours then some of these people will take it to the next step and make you their poster child for cookie stuffing.

I'd think twice before taking this guys advice.

I heard that if you're under 18, they take away your cellphone and send you to your room for a week. Could be a rumor though.......

LOL As a matter of fact Ive made a lot of money off of eBay. Was a former power seller too. But I never lost a minute of sleep cause every penny I earned was legit, not crooked.
