Having poor luck finding new domains lately. I mean i do find domains regularly but most of them are the likes which are already listed here on BHW and so i can't share. However, this one is new:
The procedure isn' as straight forward but i'll try to provide an overview on how:
1. Go to https://spark.ru/auth and register for a personal ID first.
2. After confirming your email, login and click on the icon at the top right and then click on 'add project'
3. This will lead you to a page where you'll have to register your company/website as a 'startup' with some basic details:
4. After filling these details(and some more if you wish to) click save and then again click on the icon at the top right. You'll be able to see your 'project' there. Click on it.
5. After clicking on you project, click on 'Write a message'
6. That's it. Any links you add in the blog are do-follow. Just try to keep it a bit real or else there's a chance that you might get banned.
7. Below is an example of how your URL will look like and also, proof that they're crawlable and indexable:
Hope this helps a few if not all.
