Actually, all blogs commenters use a lot of bandwidth because they download the whole HTML code -- and sometimes, if the software is cheap, even the images! In TLPC's case, the HTML code is downloaded for two reasons:
1. To get the platform, which is necessary because not all comment forms are constructed the same way.

Therefore, the process takes lots of bandwidth. However, I'm working on some complex mechanism to reduce the bandwidth usage; it should be available in BETA 4 or 5.

Ah I see. Yes it would be good if you could reduce the bw use. Thanks anyway for such a nice app, I have already got around 10,000 backlinks with it. Would be even better with a built in blog/url harvester :)

when I click GO! it says URLs file missing.

why?
 
Well, it means that you checked Link the name to a URL (in Configure names) but forgot to load a URLs file -- or that the URLs file does not exist.
 
I am using basic url harvester to harvest blogs to comments but why in 100 comments I have got 0 success? wew!
 
What is written in the Status column?

Well, in that case, the TOR network is not correctly configured. How did you install it?
 
after downloading vidalia bundle, I lick the TOR icon in order to run.
 
In fact, you should click on the Vidalia icon, and then, click on Launch Tor. So first, close TOR (if you don't know how, restart your computer) and try again with Vidalia.
 
I only see tor icon and privoxy. I did not see the vidalia icon? also tor only have desktop shortcut.

Have you downloaded the Stable Vidalia Bundle? If so, when you installed it, have you checked everything like this:

If yes, the Vidalia icon is available. Check in the Start menu of your Windows.
