I found this Free hosting(Without Ads) site while doing research for cheap hosting.
It's new and fresh.You can have your wordpress/drupal/joomla site built readymade....It's newbie friendly and easy to get going.
The only catch is you get the Hosting free if you register/Transfer the Domain there.
To me that's reasonable only....
